Reflect Daily app for iPhone and iPad

Spend a moment every day reflecting on a thought that inspires you, motivates you, or makes you smile.
The Reflect app lets you schedule daily reflections on topics of your choosing. You will receive an alert message with a classic reflection every day at either the time of your choosing or at a random time (you specify the time window) using the Schedule button. The alert message will contain a quote, thought, or exercise depending on the categories you schedule. This app comes with a months worth of reflections with the following categories: Gratitude, Inspiration, Mindfulness, Success, and Wisdom. More reflection bundles will be available for purchase via the Store button in the app. You can also enter your own categories and reflections.
